The Hebron Trailblazers Community Improvement Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in the village of Hebron, Ohio. We are working toward an engaged community that empowers residents and businesses to connect and create a vibrant future together. Amidst accelerating regional growth, this organization was established in early 2026 to ensure that Hebron’s evolution is intentional and driven by local hands.

Our Mission:

To activate community-driven development by supporting local entrepreneurs, engaging residents, and attracting thoughtful investments to strengthen our village.

We're engaged in conversation with Hebron residents and local leaders to learn what's working and where we can improve. Our focus is currently on the following initiatives:

• Economic development & small business support. Opportunities for business leaders and local professionals to grow their impact.
• Downtown corridor beautification, facade improvement, & placemaking. Opportunities for transformation & community spaces in Hebron.
• Community development, engagement, & events. Opportunities to come together with neighbors, have fun, and make a difference.
• Civic leadership development. Opportunities for local residents, students, and businesses to hone leadership skills.
