About the Hebron Trailblazers
The Hebron Trailblazers Community Improvement Corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in the village of Hebron, Ohio. We are working toward an engaged community that empowers residents and businesses to connect and create a vibrant future together. As regional growth accelerates, we were established in 2026 to ensure that Hebron’s evolution is intentional and driven by local hands. We serve as a bridge between progress and local purpose, sourcing the tools and developing the leadership necessary to navigate change while keeping the essence of what makes Hebron home at the forefront.

To activate community-driven development by supporting local entrepreneurs, engaging residents, and attracting thoughtful investments to strengthen our village.
Our Leadership
The Hebron Trailblazers CIC represents a deliberate partnership between civic leaders and the residents and businesses of our community. To ensure our initiatives remain rooted in local interests, Ohio law mandates that at least two-fifths of our board be composed of elected or appointed local officials. This structure creates an opportunity for shared leadership, where public oversight and community passion meet to strengthen our village.
